Today, we are proud to feature one of our long-time users, Megmi Farm Vegan Baker, from Kumamoto, a city on the Japanese island of Kyushu. 🗾 Their focus is making ‘Shoku-pan’ using local ingredients from local producers in their area. 🌾 Shoku-pan is Japanese loaf bread, sometimes referred to as “Hokkaido milk bread”! 🍞 Thank you very much to Megmi Farm’s owner-operator, Mr. Tomoyuki Kobayashi, for doing this interview with us!
